Humbird is the musical project of songwriter Siri Undlin. On her fourth full-length album, Morning When It Comes, she offers a collection of songs shaped by glittering hooks, big-hearted grooves, and a deep curiosity about change, resilience, and our place within an ever-expanding universe. Drawing inspiration from both the cosmos above and everyday earthly life, the album explores themes of stability, surrender, and the power of being in community.
Created with longtime collaborators in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Morning When It Comes is a lush, electrified distillation of the hook-driven Midwest Americana that audiences have come to expect from Humbird. These songs serve as companions through life's long nights, reminding us that change is the only constant, that no darkness lasts forever, and that we can find light by reaching out to one another and paying attention to the world around us.
Bad Posture Club is a queer folk duo made up of Maren Day and Morgan Kavanagh. Originally from Northwestern Washington, they've toured nationally, as well as spent formative years in the Midwest music scene. Together they craft intricate and experimental harmonies with their two voices, banjo, guitar, and a 100 year old pump organ. Bad Posture Club invites the listener to hear the power in quiet, intimate music, and offers warmth and reflection through song. They are currently based in Mount Vernon, WA.
